A society of instant gratification
Hello all. It’s been months since i have posted my own blog. I’m kind of choked in writer's block .I would like to pen down my views on diseased thinking of corporate junkies. What a naive employee doesn't understand is the fact that efforts are being made to expose his loose ends whenever there is any kind of official meeting. You would get caught in an off guard moment if you utter something which has no relevance to the current context. Getting caught off guard is common in any type of situations where people would rather take it in an amusing manner but here you would be greeted with self-satisfied smirk. A person who doesn't know how to draft an official email or to address a public gathering would be calling the shots. Newly joined employee will get himself stuck in an entanglement of deceit and double-crossing if he doesn't understand the significance of appeasing. The emotions displayed by your colleagues are all fabricated .You need to peel off the layer to find out the real intention and that requires few years of experience. The best scenario to experience how people fabricate emotions is by meeting members of human resources department. I still couldn't figure out what role they play in enabling organization to maximize contribution of people to deliver organization’s goals. As far i can see, they are immensely pleased to indulge in pseudo-intellectual conversations and stamp authority on introverted associates rather than tapping the potential of employees and deploy them in a project where they would fit in.
The quickest way to come up in the organizational chat is to master the evil art of manipulating people interlaced with show-off attitude. If you are a conscientious person, the feasible solution to co-exist with your colleagues is to only have acquaintance with them. To evade from acts of prejudice, one should stick to the idea of issue-based cooperation and non-cooperation. That’s why acquainted relationship with your co-workers is of paramount importance. To sum everything up, we belong to a society where people live in mutual distrust.
A quote from Chanakya: A person should not be too honest.Straight trees are cut down first and the crooked ones have longer life span.
